Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026. These terms apply to clinics subscribing to Halo operated by Halo Reviews Ltd.

Service

Halo provides automated post-appointment SMS and patient rating flows on behalf of subscribing clinics. Integrations, message timing, and routing rules are configured per clinic.

Pilot programme

Pilot access may be offered free for an initial period published at signup. After the pilot, continued use is billed monthly unless cancelled. Pricing shown on our website applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clinic responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate booking and patient contact data in connected systems
  • Ensure patients are informed about follow-up messages and can opt out (STOP)
  • Respond to private negative feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Comply with Google and other platform policies when soliciting reviews

Acceptable use

Clinics must not use Halo to send spam, harass patients, fabricate reviews, or circumvent platform rules. We may suspend accounts that create delivery failures, compliance risk, or reputational harm to the service.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, carrier delays, or third-party booking outages may affect message timing.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or reputational damage arising from patient reviews or clinic responses.

Cancellation

Clinics may cancel monthly subscriptions at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; historical logs may be exported on request during a short wind-down window.
