Does routing low ratings privately break Google's review rules?

No. Halo asks every client how their visit went. That is what Google cares about. Whether they post on Google is their choice. Unhappy clients also get a private channel so you can act on the feedback.

Is Halo GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Client consent sits with your clinic's existing booking process. Every SMS includes STOP opt-out handling. We keep message logs for 12 months and client data only as long as your clinic needs it.

What about no-shows and cancellations?

Halo only runs after a completed visit, from your booking tool, a CSV upload, or manual entry. No-shows, late cancellations, and reschedules do not trigger anything.

How long does setup take?

Most clinics are live in under 10 minutes: add your clinic details, connect Google, and upload clients or connect your booking tool. Billing runs through Stripe with a 14-day free trial.

Does pricing scale with appointment volume?

No. £99 per month covers unlimited appointments. Whether you run 50 or 500 a month, the price stays the same.

What if a client never taps the SMS?

We send one message, no follow-up nudges. We do not chase clients. Most replies come within a day. If someone does not reply, that is fine.

Can I see the dashboard before I subscribe?

Yes. Open the clinic dashboard demo from the homepage or go to /app. Sample numbers and names only, so you can explore Overview, Reviews, and Private feedback before you connect your booking tool.
